Where is located Bangtao Beach?
Bangtao Beach is widely considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, situated conveniently halfway between Phuket International Airport and the vibrant Patong Beach on the island’s picturesque west coast. This idyllic stretch of coastline is bordered by several neighboring beaches, including the tranquil Surin Beach and the pristine Laem Sing Beach, both of which offer unique experiences for visitors seeking relaxation or adventure. Kamala Beach, located 9 kilometers to the south, is popular for its luxurious resorts and beach clubs, attracting affluent visitors, which enhances the area’s appeal.
Bangtao Beach seamlessly connects to the pristine Layan Beach, noted for its expansive shoreline and lush, natural surroundings. Just a short drive of approximately nine kilometers north will lead you to the enchanting Banana Beach and Naithon Beach. Where to eat and what to do
On the beach, there are many Thai Restaurants with seafood and International cuisine. You have a very wide choice where to eat or naturally having dinner low-medium cost. After the sunset, the lights and music come on giving a pleasant atmosphere. We love eating at these restaurants by the sea and each time give us different emotions.

If you want to continue your nightlife on the beach, there are many Beach clubs. Catch Beach Club is one of the most popular on Bangtao Beach. It is located near the Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort. The popular Xana Beach Club is a few steps away from the Mövenpick Resort Phuket. Blue Siam Beach Club is located on the southern part of the beach. However, it is less known but very cozy and it is often crowded at dinner!
Just a few steps from this beach club, there is a small area where the local fishermen are. If you go in the morning, you can have a chance to buy fresh fish at a good price. So, enjoy it!
