The main Lobby is quite simple and well-designed. It has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Despite having a bit of sea view, it is so relaxing listening the birds chirping and the sound of nature. Additionally, a complimentary drink is cordially served with their smiling faces. This is the main reason that Thailand is often referred to as ‘The Land of Smiles’.

Trisara Resort has 3 superb restaurants. PRU is currently the only 1-star Michelin restaurant in Phuket and Southern Thailand. It has also a beautiful 45m saltwater infinity pool by the beach and surprisingly, a library and a Kids club. The luxurious 5-star resort has an excellent Spa. Location

Trisara Resort is located exactly between Layan Beach and Banana Beach in Cherngtalay. A private bay is where the property is located on Phuket’s north-west coast. Nestled at the foot of green hills, it overlooks the Andaman Sea. Being only 10 km from the Phuket International Airport makes it easy without stress to get to. The beautiful and tranquil Bangtao Beach is at 8 km south. The most popular Phuket beaches as Patong Beach and Freedom Beach are at 28 km south. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are at 37 km far away from the hotel. Naithon Beach and Nai Yang Beach are few minutes by driving north. These great places listed above are the most beautiful beaches in Phuket.

The Villas

I had a wonderful experience on my stay in a luxurious private Ocean View Pool Villa at the exclusive Trisara Resort. This fully furnished villa has 240 sq.m. living space with an oversized bed, comfortable sofas and a useful sized desk. The beautiful villa has modern wooden décor. It also has a separate bathroom and an outdoor deck. The deck has sun loungers and a private swimming pool with ocean view.

Being an open space villa it is skillfully planned by many windows to make it bright during the day. The garden and pool view is absolutely pleasant making you feel like in a sanctuary of good taste. From the bed, you can see the infinity pool without stands the head. You can also enjoy the ocean view seeing the clouds float silently in the sky. You won’t even have to raise your head from your pillow! Everything is carefully designed to make your room a nest for a romantic holiday, and you won’t want to leave.

The room has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player with Dolby surround, a minibar, and a coffee machine. Who among you would not like to enjoy an espresso coffee at the side of the pool with a sea view! It’s an enjoyable moment!

Next to the big bed, there is a smart lighting system that meets guests’ needs. There is also a useful USB port and socket plugs are everywhere. Behind the large bed there is a sliding panel to keep the privacy from the toilet. Surprisingly, keeping it open during the day allows natural light to enter the bedroom, making it bright.

The bathroom is located behind the bedroom which ran the entire length of the villa. It has all the amenities you can expect from such a luxury resort. The spacious bathroom has a large bathtub, 2 sinks, a separate toilet and 2 spacious wardrobes. The shower has a frosted window and big rain shower. Trisara provides its own brand of kit soaps with a pleasant fragrance and freshness.

A large and comfortable sofa with 4 pillows is in front of the bathtub. It seems like a small Spa with many folded towels left for me by the housekeeping team. Furthermore, there is so much space that it is hard to imagine how to fill it all.

At the end of the bathroom there is a doorway which leads to a spacious outdoor shower station. Probably, there is something particularly special about showering outside. But I guess that’s a defining feature of luxury.

The outdoor infinity pool with an amazing sea view is certainly the highlight of the villa. The swimming pool has an irregular depth, from 1.1 meter to 1.50 meter deep. The deck features 2 sun loungers, a table with chairs and umbrellas. This is to ensure you want to stay and enjoy every minute of your holiday. (At my stay, umbrellas were not available due the strong western winds). Picture yourself at the border of the infinity pool facing the Andaman Sea. Nothing will distract you from your well-deserved holiday!

Dining restaurants at Trisara Resort

Trisara Resort features 3 excellent restaurants with great reputations. PRU, is the exclusive Trisara’s restaurant with the only 1 Michelin Star in Phuket. Then, Cielo restaurant near the beach and next to it at the open terrace with sea view is Seafood. The food is excellent, and of course, the meal costs is in line with the resort standard.

Trisara restaurants use cultivated ingredients in Trisara’s garden and from Pru Jampa Farm. Pru Jampa is a Trisara’s organic farm conveniently located 15 minutes away from the resort. Incidentally, the organic farm and orchards is also shared by PRU and JAMPA restaurant. JAMPA is a fine dining restaurant of zero-waste cuisine concept located at Tri Vananda Community owned by Montara Hospitality Group.

Trisara chose great ingredients from top organic farms in Phuket and nearby. In the last years, the searches of the best ingredients are larger. Now, it also use the finest ingredients from Thai farms in Thailand provinces.

PRU Restaurant

PRU at Trisara Resort is the only 1 Michelin-starred restaurant in all of Phuket and Southern Thailand. PRU restaurant also earned a Green Star Michelin by the Michelin Guide Thailand. This means a lot for the restaurant. PRU stands for ‘Plant, Raise, Understand’. The menu focuses on seafood, herbs and plants, of which some are grown in their own organic Pru Jampa Farm. PRU is a high level and intimate restaurant which serves innovative food concept using only organic ingredients from Thailand.

Cielo restaurant

The restaurant was initially named The Deck then Weaw. The restaurant was renewed and renamed in June 2023. It is now called Cielo, to match with its Mediterranean cuisine. Cielo, meaning “sky” in Italian. The open-air dining at Trisara Resort terrace truly lives up to its name. It immerses diners in a casual atmosphere. In August 2023, Trisara Phuket officially launched the new Cielo. Cielo is a dining restaurant with a Mediterranean-inspired design and a new menu. The goal is to bring delicate Mediterranean flavors to Phuket, a tropical Island by the Andaman Sea. Cielo is the all-day dining restaurant at Trisara Resort. It serves Mediterranean cuisine.

It’s superbly located a few steps from the beach. The restaurant is set in a pavilion to one side of a cascading waterfall, with the bar on the other. It consists of elegant interiors with white décor and suspended red chandeliers. The large windows bring in lots of natural light and offer nice views towards the outdoor terrace. The large terrace, plenty of seats, surrounded by tropical palm trees, offers to diners a pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere is great for casual lunches and romantic dinners. You can enjoy a stunning sea view and beautiful sunsets.

The breakfast starts from 6.30 till 11.30 with a large choice of delicacies and options. As you can expect from one of the most luxurious 5-star resort in Phuket, the breakfast at Trisara Resort must be epic. At first glance, the breakfast looks normal with croissants, bread with jams and honey, yogurts, and juices. There is also a noodle and a honey comb station to cater to diners’ needs. Basically, guests prefer eating breakfast buffet, rather than ordering a la carte. Luckily Trisara Resort offers guests both options as standard.

The most breakfast highlight is stated in the menu. The menu features a wide assortment of delicacies, and what delicacies! The breakfast is of such exceptionally high quality that it is rarely hard to find it anywhere else. It is also well mentioned in the reviews.

Indulge in a Trisara Specialities, like Cinnamon French toast with Coconut apple, mango. It also has mulberries and vanilla mascarpone. As soon as you take a bite, your taste buds will be overwhelmed by a blend of subtle flavors that you’ll enjoy. Combine it with a hot or cold Kad Kokoa chocolate from Chumpon Province. Trisara chose the best chocolate flavor from an organic farm in Thailand. The drink is unbelievably good.

Then, let yourself be carried away by the Fruit & Yogurt fragrance. It’s an excellent mixed fresh fruit with homemade Greek yogurt. The bowl is sapiently well-presented that you won’t hesitate to take a photo before eating it.

Breakfast is as much of a fine dining affair as the exquisite dinners at Trisara. The Trisara’s breakfast is heartily mentioned by a high number of guests. A kind and well-trained team will welcome you warmly making you feel at home. Skillfully, they will serve you breakfast and explain the dishes in much detail. Couldn’t start a better day than like this!

There’s the option to book a floating breakfast selection. Enjoy the delicious meal while you are in your private swimming pool with breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea. It costs 1.200++ Baht per tray.

The cuisine, inspired by the famous food traditions of the Mediterranean, uses innovative preparation methods. From live-fire cooking in a statement wood-fired oven to light grilling. Trisara Beach

Its beautiful tranquil beach blesses Trisara Resort. Trisara Beach is not usually impressive, but it is unexpectedly a great place to spend the day. You can relax in a muslin-slung daybed and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. The powdery white sand blesses the tiny hidden gem, which is shaded by coconut and tropical trees. During low tide, there are corals and rocks near the shore, making it unsuitable for bathing. This peaceful bay is shallow, so the best snorkel condition is when the tide is in. By the way, the exclusive hotel provides a 45m salt water swimming pool next to the beach.

The Infinity pool of Trisara Resort

Trisara Resort has a stunning 45m salt water infinity pool. It stretches along the resort’s beachfront with cabanas and sun loungers for the guests. The pool is beautifully lined with tall swaying coconut trees making a pleasant atmosphere. Besides, the sea view is surprisingly beautiful. Trisara Resort has an excellent and professional spa equipped with professional beds. It is modest in size but well-designed and a must-do. Jara Spa is based on five pillars of wellness (root, trunk, branch, blossom and spirituality). Treatments at the resort’s Jara Spa take place facing the Andaman Sea in 6 luxurious pavilions. Trisara uses its new organic products with essential oils for these massages. They are made by using local ingredients.

Trisara Resort has a wonderful library located beneath the concierge pagoda. The air-conditioned space is 103 sq.m. with a capacity about 30 persons. The place is perfect for reading or working online with cozy chairs and sofas. It has also a state-of-the-art technology for events, meetings, and coffee breaks.

Trisara Kids Club
