This expansive resort boasts 600 contemporary rooms and suites, thoughtfully designed in eight distinct categories to ensure a perfect fit for any guest. Some accommodations feature direct access to one of the three inviting pools, allowing guests to enjoy a seamless blend of relaxation and fun. Others offer breathtaking views of The Dek Beach Club and the picturesque Patong Beach, enhancing the overall tropical experience.

Dining at the Four Points is a delight, with two large, well-appointed restaurants serving an array of culinary options, from local Thai delicacies to international favorites, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate. Guests can enjoy refreshing drinks or light snacks at any of the three stylish bars, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the vibrant surroundings.

In addition, the resort boasts a spacious and inviting Beach Club where guests can soak up the sun, lounge in comfort, and enjoy beachside service. As a newly opened hotel, it artfully showcases over 70 vibrant pieces of graffiti art, adding a unique and colorful touch to its contemporary design. While the hotel does not offer a spa, it compensates with an extensive 1,000 square meters of versatile functional space, comprising 9 generously sized rooms that accommodate a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.

Four Points by Sheraton Phuket is ideally situated in the northern part of Patong Beach, an area renowned for its tranquility and stunning natural beauty. The hotel’s strategic location directly in front of the famous Patong beach allows guests to enjoy breathtaking views and easy access to the sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 1 kilometer from the vibrant Bangla Walking Street, which serves as the hub of Patong’s nightlife, offering a lively array of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. This perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant nightlife makes Four Points by Sheraton an attractive choice for leisure seekers and those looking to immerse themselves in the local culture.

The Deck Beach Club Patong

Due to its prime location high above Patong Beach, The Deck Beach Club of Four Points by Sheraton, offers an exceptional oasis for those seeking a day of complete relaxation and leisure. This expansive beach club features a stunning terrace that boasts an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea, creating an idyllic backdrop for sunbathing or unwinding. For families, there’s a charming small swimming pool specifically designed for children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for young guests.

The terrace is thoughtfully furnished with a diverse selection of comfortable sofas, inviting loungers, and luxurious cabanas tailored to suit various preferences, making it easy to find the perfect spot to enjoy. In addition to its picturesque setting, The Deck Beach Club also features a vibrant bar offering an extensive range of refreshing drinks, from tropical cocktails to artisanal mocktails.

The culinary offerings are equally enticing, with a menu that includes a variety of fresh salads, gourmet pizzas, juicy burgers, succulent grilled options, and delectable desserts to satisfy any craving. As the day progresses, all that guests need to do is sit back, place their orders, and savor the anticipation of watching the sun set over the horizon. The club operates daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, making it a convenient destination for both lunch and dinner.

The rooms

The Four Points by Sheraton features 600 modern, well-furnished rooms across eight different types. I chose to stay in the Deluxe room with a balcony, which measures 35 square meters. While the room is not very large, it includes all the amenities you would expect from an international brand like Marriott. The design is elegant, and the furnishings are well-appointed.

The bed is spacious and comfortable, complemented by a large 55-inch LED screen mounted on the wall. The room also provides air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a cozy sofa with a small table suitable for working or dining, and a private balcony.

One standout feature is the latest generation of universal electrical sockets with USB ports, making it convenient to charge all your devices. The bathroom is bright and thoughtfully designed, though it does not include a bathtub. If you are looking for a room with a bathtub, you would need to book a Suite, which also combines a small kids’ club.

To access my room on the third floor, the Four Points by Sheraton in Phuket offers elevator service. It is incredibly convenient, as it allows guests to avoid the stairs, especially when staying on the upper floors of the hotel. Carrying luggage up multiple flights can be quite challenging, so this feature significantly enhances the overall experience, making it easier to reach your room quickly and comfortably after a long day of travel or sightseeing.

The pool

This expansive Laguna pool has a depth of 1.2 meters, providing ample space for swimming and leisure. For families, there is a designated shallower area specifically designed for children, ensuring safety and enjoyment for younger guests. In addition to its size, the pool area boasts a vibrant pool bar offering seven swim-up seats, allowing visitors to indulge in refreshing smoothies and expertly crafted cocktails without ever leaving the water. This setup creates a perfect atmosphere for gathering with friends, especially on sunny days when relaxation is key.

The pool area is well organized, featuring many sun beds and shaded umbrellas to cater to those looking to bask in the sun or escape it. For an extra touch of comfort, a few luxurious cabanas are available, providing a private retreat for guests who want to unwind in style and comfort. Overall, the pool area at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket is well-designed to enhance the overall guest experience, combining leisure and luxury seamlessly.

The Chao Leh Kitchen offers a diverse menu that showcases both international favorites and authentic Thai cuisine, featuring vibrant flavors and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Diners can indulge in various dishes, from classic Pad Thai to expertly cooked steaks, all prepared by skilled chefs.

Meanwhile, the Sears & Co. Bar and Grill specializes in traditional Thai dishes, perfectly grilled meats, and international options, making it a perfect spot for those seeking a hearty meal. The restaurant’s relaxed atmosphere, combined with its attentive service, ensures a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Chao Leh Kitchen

Chao Leh Kitchen is a vibrant all-day dining restaurant that seamlessly blends international and traditional Thai cuisine. The spacious dining room exudes warmth and hospitality, adorned with intricate decor that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Thailand. One of the standout features of the restaurant is its professional open kitchen, where guests can watch skilled chefs at work, creating culinary masterpieces right before their eyes.

Open from 6:30 AM, Chao Leh Kitchen offers an impressive breakfast buffet that is sure to tantalize the senses. This sprawling buffet is so extensive that guests may find it overwhelming to choose where to begin. Diners can delight in a diverse selection of freshly baked croissants, artisanal breads, and an assortment of cereals, complemented by a unique honeycomb display that adds a touch of sweetness. The buffet also boasts a gourmet cheese station with a variety of cheeses and a slicer for premium raw ham, allowing for a customizable tasting experience.

To enhance the breakfast experience, guests can enjoy a range of freshly squeezed juices, creamy milk, rich coffee, and aromatic tea. Nearby, an inviting corner features authentic Thai specialties, including a Noodle Soup station (Kuay Tew) that offers customizable broths and toppings, as well as Phuket Dim Sum, renowned for its deliciously delicate steamed dumplings. A standout dish that should not be missed is the signature crab curry served atop a perfectly cooked omelet, a true culinary delight that highlights the restaurant’s commitment to quality.

Every other Saturday of the month, Chao Leh Kitchen transforms into a seafood lover’s paradise with its international seafood buffet dinner. Before diving into the feast, guests will likely want to capture the breathtaking buffet spread on camera. The selection is impressively vast and satisfying, featuring succulent lobsters, sweet crabs, exotic sea snails, and juicy prawns. In addition to the ocean’s bounty, the buffet includes a selection of freshly made pizzas, a variety of enticing pasta dishes, crispy fried fish, an array of delectable desserts, and a vibrant display of seasonal fresh fruits. Each visit promises a memorable dining experience that will leave guests eager to return.

Sears & Co. Bar and Grill

Nestled near the shimmering shores of the beach, this restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere with its intelligently structured open kitchen, allowing diners to observe the culinary magic unfold. The elegant bar serves a delightful range of evening drinks, perfect for unwinding as the sun sets. Inside, the dining room boasts an exquisite table setting, elegantly illuminated by vintage light bulbs that exude a cozy, warm glow, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The menu features a delectable blend of international cuisine and authentic Thai flavors. For dinner, we indulged in the exquisite Jumbo Grilled Prawns served with a zesty, spicy sauce. Cooked to perfection, these prawns are a fantastic choice for sharing, especially with a loved one. We also sampled the succulent Grilled Lamb Chop served with a creamy mashed peanut accompaniment—a sinfully delicious dish that left a lasting impression. To complement our meal, we enjoyed the freshly baked Pretzel bread, shaped into inviting twisted knots—they were excellent and made for a delightful starter.

For those seeking a more elaborate seafood experience, I highly recommend the Andaman Seafood Set. This abundant platter features an impressive assortment of fresh seafood, including lobster, prawns, scallops, crabs, and squid. The flavors harmoniously blend, making this set a perfect option for sharing and indulging with friends or family.

The restaurant, Sear & Co, is part of the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket and boasts a beautifully designed outdoor dining area with breathtaking views of the sea. Dining al fresco is an enjoyable experience, particularly in the idyllic tropical setting of Phuket.

The menu also includes mouthwatering hamburgers, which are perfect for lunch. I opted for the Four Points Burger, featuring a juicy 200g Australian beef patty that was both satisfying and flavorful. For those with a hearty appetite, the colossal Signature Tomahawk Burger, weighing in at a staggering 1 kilo, is a must-try!

In Phuket, the demand for Sunday brunch is rapidly increasing among food enthusiasts. In response, the Four Points by Sheraton has introduced a new tradition to elevate Sundays. Held at the Sears & Co Bar and Grill—an acclaimed restaurant featuring an open kitchen and a stunning view of Patong Beach—this Sunday brunch experience is truly exceptional. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Patong Bay while indulging in a variety of culinary delights, including a remarkable Surf and Turf selection.

The seafood primarily comes from the Andaman Sea and includes Phuket lobster, black crab, jumbo prawns, and fresh oysters. Additionally, Canadian lobster is also on offer, sourced directly from Canada. The brunch features an impressive array of meats from Australia, pasta dishes, and a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts. A dedicated dessert section tempts diners further.

Outside, there’s a barbecue station offering an enticing variety of seafood, duck, and pork. The Four Points by Sheraton has also arranged an extensive assortment of wines for guests to choose from. To enhance the lively atmosphere, a talented saxophonist provides entertainment, making it a truly exceptional feast.

The facility features nearly 20 high-quality, professional-grade exercise machines designed to accommodate a variety of fitness needs. It includes five state-of-the-art treadmills equipped with advanced features for tracking mileage and heart rate, three stationary bikes for cardiovascular workouts, and three cross trainers that provide a low-impact workout option.

In addition to these cardio machines, the gym is well-stocked with strength-training equipment, including one leg extension machine for isolating the quadriceps, and one lat pulldown machine to target the upper back and arms. To complement this, there is a comprehensive selection of free weights, allowing guests to customize their strength training regimen. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a casual fitness enthusiast, the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket’s gym provides everything you need for an effective workout.

The Kid’s Club

Due to its expansive layout, the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket is home to an exceptional children’s facility known as the Little Sea Gypsies Kid’s Club. This vibrant and thoughtfully designed space is filled with colorful decor that sparks creativity and imagination. Inside, children can enjoy a variety of entertaining games and activities, ensuring hours of engagement. A standout feature is a charming wooden boat, which serves as a delightful climbing structure sure to be a favorite among young adventurers.

In addition to the indoor fun, the Kid’s Club offers a spacious outdoor garden equipped with a fun slide and an array of engaging games, catering to children of all ages and encouraging active play. The environment is not only safe but designed to foster social interaction and enhance developmental skills.

The Little Sea Gypsies Kid’s Club operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing parents with the perfect opportunity to relax while their little ones explore and make new friends in this enchanting setting.

The crew

The staff at the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket creates an inviting and warm atmosphere, making guests feel instantly at home. Their friendliness is complemented with genuine politeness, and I was pleasantly surprised by their proficiency in English. During my stay, I learned that several of my Thai friends were working at the hotel, which added a delightful twist to my experience. It was a joy to reconnect with them, especially since I had no idea they were part of the Four Points team.

As I wandered around the resort, taking photos of the stunning scenery and vibrant surroundings, I was surprised when several staff members greeted me by name. Initially, I was puzzled by how they recognized me, but when I inquired, I learned that many of them followed me on Facebook and Instagram. This unexpected connection not only deepened my sense of familiarity but also made my stay feel even more like a home away from home. The combination of friendly faces and personalized interactions truly enhances the charm of the Four Points by Sheraton Phuket, making it a memorable retreat.
