I stayed in a 68 sqm King Suite with Balcony and Sea View at the 4^rt floor to ensure to have a great view. The spacious suite is artistically designed with elegant interiors in pleasant hues. It comes with a useful desk for working, a plush sofa, a king-size bad, and large balcony with panoramic views.

The spacious bathroom has 3 large mirrors and an elegant sink with aromatic soaps and free toiletries, but no bathtub. The toilet and shower are separate, and there is a storage for the suitcases. The suite is equipped with a large 49-inch flat TV, free WI-FI, minibar, and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. There is also an espresso coffee machine for ensure your refreshment eagerness.

This superb suite has all the amenities you can expect from a 4-star resort. Listing some as safety box, slippers, iron, bathrobe, minibar, wardrobe, telephone, hairdryer, and sockets are everywhere. The balcony, equipped with a table and 2 chairs, is surprisingly large offering breathtaking view towards the town, the sea and sunsets, too.

The restaurant

Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket – Handwritten Collection features one restaurant serving Western, Thai and Indian cuisine. The Salt n’Sea Breeze is the all-day dining restaurant of the Hotel. It is welcoming, well-designed, and offers indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu is large with a great choice of food at affordable prices.

It opens in the early morning with a rich international breakfast buffet with Thai food, bread and cereals, fresh fruits, and so on. Additionally, there is an egg and a coffee station with 2 coffee machines to cater to the guests’ needs. Consult the à la carte menu to indulge in an authentic Thai meal or experience an Indian delicacies with their delicious spicy flavors. Whether you opt for a refreshing salad or even a classic burger with fries, you will find a wide choice of food to satisfy your palate.

I tried 3 dishes: The popular Chicken Satay, Pan fried Sea Bass fillet served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and browned butter & capers sauce, and Chili garlic Prawns served in a cast iron skilled with Pita Bread. Those dishes very so delicious. The Salt n’Sea Breeze restaurant provides also an outdoor hybrid pizza oven to cater to a variety of palates. The service is efficient and fast, and the team is genuinely friendly and polite, speaking English well. The restaurant is open also for outdoors. Operation time: Breakfast: 6.30 – 10.30. All-day dining: 11.00 – 22.00

The bar

The Ozone Bar is located adjacent to the lobby serving a great selection of drinks including cocktails, soft drinks, local beers, and wine by glass. It’s a great place to meet friends while sipping your favorite drink. A friendly bartender, named Beer, skillfully prepares cocktails while smiling and talking to guests, making the atmosphere even happier. A Dirty Martini is an excellent cocktail before enjoying the dinner at the Salt n’Sea Breeze restaurant. Happy Hour is from 5 pm to 7 pm on selected drinks.

Fitness Centre

The air conditioned fitness centre of Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket is equipped with 8 machines like as treadmills, cross-trainers, sports machines and free weights. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer pleasant views towards the town and the sea. The fitness center is open 24h daily.

The beach

Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket is just at 3 minute walk from Patong Beach and this part is one of the nicest, with clean white powdery sand and clear blue water during the high season. Near the hotel, the beach offers plenty beach massage, bars, fun street food even the popular Nutella/Banana pancakes carts to make your day as relaxing as it can be. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee of 200 Baht. If you feel like a little adrenaline rush, you can rent a jet ski or enjoy a 20 minutes of parasailing ride, but always keeping attention.
